Guanajuato, Gto.- Teachers from all over the country tried to get around the universal examination given to them last Friday.

Secretary of Education big wig, Jose Angel Cordova Villalobos said that attendance for the exam was of 70 or 80%.

But in reality there were just a few. Those who did not attend came out with any excuse.

In Guanajuato there were just 6 thousand out of 21 thousand who could have attended, which of course speaks for their commitment.
