All this, according to Oscar Vega Marin who works for National Public Security System, where also it is known that they continue on service despite the fact that they are known to be with the bad guys.

As a matter of fact, according to the authorities, from the 200 thousand police force officers examined, 20% are not competent to serve at any security corps at all.

Vega Marín called for authorities to quit maintaining rotten profiles and to dispose them as quick as possible.
