Warrant was issued by a Judge from Jalisco.

Federal Mexican Bureu of Investigation (PGR) confined Napoleon Rodriguez de la Garza and Eduardo Rodriguez Berlanga in Puente Grande Maximum Security Prison for being presumably fetching their names in order to cover up Yarrington’s illegal operations.

According to the Uncle Sam’s boys, Yarrington got millions of US Dollars in bribes from the drug cartels and invested it in Texas back in the days of his gevernment around 1999 and 2004.
