Zacatecas.- Cochiloco was arrested last Friday in Zacatecas.

His name is Teofilo Rocha Villalobos, leader to the organized group “Los Zetas” from Matamoros, Coahuila.

The National Defense Secretary said in a newsletter that this criminal was arrested last August 31st along with his son, Teofilo Rocha Jr., who was in charge of his personal security.
