Leon, Guanajuato. – Movement # YoSoy132 Leon in this city yesterday issued a manifesto of boundaries and demands about their activities.

They said a communique declaring a non-partisan movement, which aims to promote the free participation of citizens in elections, and disclaim any manifestation external to the principles of the movement.

They demanded that the authorities respect the right to freedom of expression and journalists truthful and objective exercise of the trade.

They also called for a different policy, honest, inclusive, transparent and consistent.
