By: Luigui Marras. Guanajuato, Gto.- Guanajuato’s Election Institute president, Jesus Badillo Lara, confirms that the two thousand vote bills found in Celaya could be authentic.

If this is true, the Election Tribunal could revoke the elections for major in Celaya, where PAN candidate wan over PRI candidate.

Found bills are marked for PRI-PVEM and if those are found authentic everything will move favoring PRI taking away the triumph to the PAN party and would have obtained triumph in the two major cities at the industrial causeway.
