By: Luigie Marras. Guanajuato, Gto.- Guanajuato Chief to the police Dpt., Gabriel Yañez Saldaña, has been law suited for, supposedly for exceeding the spanking with his ex wife, Daniela Pesquera Alejandri.

The babe told the police that the chief had gone to her house, beat her up and gunned her, last Monday night.

The girl turned the law suit into the Public Ministry and has said that she will take it all the way.

Gabriel Yañez, sweating bullets, said to the press that he declares himself innocent.

His boss, Guanajuato city major, Edgar Castro Cerrillo has said that he will wait for investigation results to make a desition and see if he might stay or not on the job.

Quite a scandal.
