Mexico city.- Rapists, watch out!!! PRI in the state of Mexico has submited a proposal to harden the penalty of law for rapists, PRI chambermen will triplify the sentence and will also emasculate them chemically.

Sentence for rapists run for 5 to 15 years in prison, so the proposal pledges from 10 to 30 years in prison, and those who would like to reduce their sentence will be able to voluntarily get their genitalia removed.

Chemical emasculation consists of libido reduction with the use of drugs, which reduces the intensity and frequency of sexual impulse.
