Leon, Gto.- Due to the professor Manuel Berumen detention scandal for kissing his wife in public at the ‘Expiatorio’ temple square, Ricardo Sheffield ordered to punish the police agents and the judge, for which he gave instructions to Internal Affairs Direction in order to start the investigations of the events on August 2nd.

The Major demanded to do it quick in order to punish the cops involved and clarify the shameful case of love display of a heterosexual couple who are also married.

He also demanded to Comptroller, Jose Cruz Hernandez, to investigate and punish the judge who worked on the case.

Fortunately, the city Major had a chance to talk with the Professor, Manuel Berumen, and apologyzed for the policemen and judge behavior assuring that it would be punished and recognized his citizen’s rights to complain and help on the investigations.
