Luigui Marras. Guanajuato, Gto.- The thousand marked voting bills found in Celaya mistery, has been suposedly clarified by judge Carlos Zamarripa Aguirre.

According to his tenacious inspectors, bills are real but they were marked for many political parties (being the majority marked for PRI) after the elections.

That means that those votes for the PRI in Celaya are nul, so PAN is has won the election for City Major.

Up to this point, Mr. Justice has said that they will go after those who may have extracted the bills, which means possibly, urn administrators, and probably some PRI militants.

We can still smell somthin’ rott, let’s see what comes out.
