Guanajuato, Gto.- Guanajuatocity Major, Edgar Castro Cerrillo, said that there will be the addition of more Federal Police (PGR) and Ministerial Police to (PGJEG), in what they call, Mixed Opperations Plataform (BOM in Spanish), working altogether with the military and the local police in uniform.

Concerning to this, he has declared that the city will be free of mugging incidents so there will be enough people serving and protecting, enforcing the law whenever necessary, although, in reality we know better, though every second visitors and local people go through the attack and the mugging at the serpentine streets and alleyways of the city.

Whatever the authorities may say and feel like sweepeing the issue under the carpet about security, the inhabitants of the world’s kiss city continue living insecure.
