PRI director in Leon, Luis Gerardo Gutierrez Chico couldn’t get the 2 million 426 thousand MX pesos needed to buy the terrein at Buenos Aires suburb so they will have to return it.

This was confirmed by City Secretary Jose Luis Manrique who pointed out that there are no hard feelings.
