By: Paco Landa. León, Gto.-  Boys and girls… let me tell you that it was over 14 million MX bills invested by the government to increase local security by posting 102 video cameras for surveillance at 28 city sectors.

City major, Ricardo Sheffield, remarked that the installation of this avant-garde high tech system has ben set at strategic zones and sites all over in the city.

He stated that the most efficient device to fight crime is the civil denounce, “but that has to be backed with equipment and police”.

All this 102 video cameras are distributed being 20 in downtown at the center, 7 at the main entrances to the city, 48 at lobbies and gunrooms of police stations and 27 at different neighborhoods such as Diez de Mayo, Chapalita, Buenos aires and Parque Hidalgo.
