Monterrey, N,L.- Get this… Mexican Army soldiers arrested Jose Ricardo Barajas Lopoz in Nuevo Leon, presumed participant on the murdering of 49 people who were found last May 13^th in San Juan, Cadereita de Jimenez municiple.
