Johannesburg.- Today turns 94 Southafrican ex-president Nelson Mandela and his country will celebrate with hundreths of celebration acts at this, now called, Nelson Mandela Day.

Former president and fighter against the apartheid will be with his family at home in Qunu, and with extreme good health after and abdominal surgical intervention this last January 25th.

United Nations has stated Nelson Mandela Day in 2009 as an iniciative to estimulate citizens to dedicate 67 minutes of their time to social causes.
