ROMITA, Gto.- Today, Tuesday April 15th State Governor, Miguel Marquez Marquez, declared the SHIELD program in which 2700 cameras, the federal army, federal police and every single municiple of Guanajuato will be involved, alert and prepared.

Just for you to know, guys, this project was announced since late 2012 as one of the many assets outlined by the governor as he was a running candidate for his party.
